Fulfillment
Our fulfillment center ships orders daily so you’ll receive them as quickly as possible. However, due to COVID-19, delays can occur. We appreciate your understanding should your order be delayed.
Shipping and Handling
S&H charges will be added during checkout based on the number of items in your order.
International shipping is not currently available for SafeSlam. If you have any questions relating to this, please contact us.
Tax
Sales tax will be added to shipments to Florida addresses.
Inventory Status
All items are in stock. When your order is processed, we will email your Order Confirmation and Shipping Tracking Number.
Returns Policy
We strive for satisfied customers! Because returns can be costly to a small business, we ask our customers to first review our Usage and Installation Instructions and our FAQ to ensure that your SAFESLAM is installed and operating correctly. Please Contact Customer Service with any questions.If you still don’t love SAFESLAM, you may return your product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- If you purchased from a Reseller (store or online), please return to the place of purchase via their return process.
- If you purchased via the SafeSlam.com website, please include in your package:
- the Product you are returning
- your Order Confirmation and Tracking Number
- the Name and Address of the person receiving the refund.
